I tried to purchase a policy for my HOA, but after giving over extensive documentation on my property, and paying for the full year, they said my building was too old to insure, even though I had proven it was completely renovated (down to the studs) in 2022. They cancelled my policy without notifying me or sending me a letter of cancellation. But they took the money!

I worked with Christian Macias and have been repeatedly trying to contact him both by email and phone to get our money back for goods/ services we never received. The policy was cancelled in January and I'm still asking what's happening with our refund.

Go elsewhere."

"I paid my homeowner's and auto premiums without delay or complaint for eleven years. The very first claim I made, they jerked me around for eleven months. I had to hire a PCA just to get them to acknowledge the contents of their own contract.

Do not trust this man. Do not trust State Farm."

Ashley was extremely patient and provided a cheerful intake, which immediately eased the stress of the difficult situation. Halle responded immediately to my emails and questions, and kept me informed regarding the status of the cancellations and any refunds due. Halle monitored the change of address and policy holder from our friend's to The Estate's and the Executor. Our friend had three different policies which added complexity. "I have had an amazingly awful experience with the specific agency. I have ben overcharged for 7 months and when I found out I was told to pay the bill and we will refund it. Please be leary of this specific branch as they are not transparent. As or Mr David Munson he was very helpful and knowledgeable when I started and had to work with him directly, but once I found an issue I was in no way able to speak to him, be transferred to him, or get a contact number. Mr Munson if you read this please speak to your team.
